We are currently seeking licensed clinicians LPC, LMFT, LCSW for full-time positions in our Oshkosh, WI location.

Clinicians have the option of onsite, telehealth or hybrid scheduling.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $58,300 to $103,900 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.

Requirements:

Doctoral or master’s degree in psychology, social work or a related counseling field
Minimum of two years clinical experience
Independent mental health license in WI
Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
Solid computer and basic technology skills
Demonstrated history of professional growth and development
Self-motivated and independent clinicians are able to quickly build rapport with clients.

Beneficial Skills & Experience:

Competent with a wide range of clinical presentations
Experience with children or adolescents.
Experience with couples or family counseling.
Experience with health psychology.
