Ratios: 1:4 all shifts

First-timers accepted: (Y/N) Yes
Weekend REQ: Yes – every other
Certs REQ: ACLS, BCLS, and NIH
Is on-call REQ? (Y/N) What is the req? N
Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes - Floating within service line, floating between Toledo, Flower, Bay Park, & Wildwood facilities as needed.
FLOAT UNITS: Neuro/ Stroke, Cardiac, Orthopedic, Trauma, Oncology, General Surg, Uro/Vascular, Observation
Open to accommodating block schedule? (Y/N): No
Locals accepted: (Y/N) What is the local radius rule? No locals travelers 50 miles or less
Pending License accepted: (Y/N): No
RTO Restrictions: Greater than 3 days will require Management approval

Special Requirements:
- Patient Age Group: Adults and Geriatrics
- Patient Diagnoses
• CHF, MI, AFIB, pre-OHS, pre and post Cardiac Cath, Pre and Post implanted defib/pacers, etc
• Overflow: ETOH, GI bleeds, Pulmonary patients (High Flow), a little bit of everything
- Special Procedures/Unit Details
• GTTs: Heparin, nitro, cardizem, amiodarone, insulin, argatroban, dopamine, dobutamine, Remodulin/Flolan
• Mixed unit PCU, Med Surg Tele and Med Surg
- Special Equipment
• All patients are on Telemetry and the unit RN's manage there own monitors on a central monitor.
• Safe Patient Handling Equipment available
• EKG machine
- Work Settings
• Telemetry
- Endocrine/Metabolic
• IV insulin protocols
- Medications
• Heparin Protocols
- Additional Skills
• Cardiac drips
