Masis Professional Group is seeking a 3rd shift Molding Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the various daily production functions in the Molding department, overseeing all staff in the department on their shift and assisting with resolving any issues (mechanical, staffing, quality) in order to meet production schedules.

Monday through Friday with 2-3 weekend days per month, either Saturday or Sunday

11PM-7AM

$24-$26/HR



Job Duties:

Assign machines to Packers and Cell Leaders daily.
Run machines to follow production schedule, including planning for alternates, and advise floor personnel of any upcoming changes in material, color etc.
Make necessary adjustments to machines and auxiliary equipment to maintain optimum production and meet quality requirements.
Oversee and enforce safety and quality standards.
Perform minor equipment repairs in partnership with Mold Technician and communicate regularly with maintenance and tooling departments on mechanical issues.
Responsible for all shift documentation, daily logs and reporting on production performance.
Monitor time and attendance for assigned personnel and approve vacation/time off requests.
Manage shift personnel work activities to ensure that all responsibilities are met and address any performance issues, working with HR department as needed.
Routinely interact with other Managers and departments for production planning and staffing needs.
