The Clinical Supervisor role oversees the department, ensuring compliance with the code of conduct policies and procedures for state and federal guidelines. Therapeutics is currently seeking innovative, fully certified, and licensed professionals for role in our Pontiac or Walled Lake area clinics. This exempt staff position provides psychosocial services to clients receiving medication for opioid addiction, who may also be experiencing co-occurring disorders; as well as supervising counseling staff on daily tasks to complete the required workload. br>* Direct counseling staff to ensure compliance with program goals, local, state, and federal policies and procedures.
* Work with Program Director, Clinical Director, and Operations Manager to prepare and create caseloads for the counseling team.
* Maintain timely communications with Program Physician and other program staff.
* Partner with Leadership Team to establish enterprise-wide counseling policies.
* Embrace the company's mission, policies, and approach to delivering enhanced services augmented by the use of technology.
* Maintain a working knowledge of the American Society of Addiction Medicine manual and the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-V).
* Attend and actively participate in supervision and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills as needed.
* Attend and provide training as needed.
* Track and monitor utilization and outcome data, including quarterly reporting for the agency report cards/audits.
* Lead quality assurance compliance audits, including but not limited to participating in peer supervision, peer utilization reviews, compliance with service delivery criteria and reporting requirements for each client served.
* Assist in the hiring, education, training, and evaluation of SUD Program staff, leading them to effectively implement individual and group therapy, case management, and peer recovery support.

*Duties:*
* Provide a global agency view to a team by being a bridge between the agency’s administration and program staff through awareness and communication of agency planning, policies, and procedures.
* Provide staff with necessary instructions to assist in their day-to-day counseling needs.
* Complete intake process for clients within the established timeframe, including completion of all required critical documents such as clinical assessments, Master Treatment Plans, Treatment Plan updates, and timely counseling notes.
* Follow all confidentiality guidelines, including HIPAA and 42 CFR federal laws governing the disclosure of any patient health information, diagnosis, treatment, or referral for SUD.
* Ensure same-day case note documentation in the Electronic Medical Record System (Methasoft).
* Demonstrated ability to timely document client progress and treatment plans.
* Emergency Medical Record (i.e., Methasoft preferred) and Microsoft Office Proficiency.

*Qualifications:*
* Master’s degree in counseling or a related field [Required].
* Current state licensure as a Social Worker/Counselor (LMSW, LLMSW, LPC, and LLPC) [Required].
