MUST:
Eligible for Federal Public Trust
5+ years of Business process modeling experience
Strong modeling experience creating both Conceptual Information Models (CIMs) and Logical Information Models (LIMs)
Advanced level of Visio experience
Well versed with BPMN 2.0
Experience create and maintain Normalized Data Object (NDO) diagrams
Previous UML experience is a plus but not required

Experience utilizing the Cameo Tool is a plus but not required
Proficient with Microsoft office suite

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Able to present information to the bigger team
Strong interpersonal skills and able to work well with various level of clients and teammates
Highly analytical with strong attention to details
Very organized
Bachelor s Degree is required

DUTIES :
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining information models that standardize the data concepts in support of programs for the Federal Client
Provide support and insight and help with organizing data architecture, supporting enterprise consistency, and ensuring the integration of business and data processes in support program objectives for our federal client
Develop and maintain business information models, including Conceptual Information Models (CIMs) and Logical Information Models (LIMs)
Create and maintain Normalized Data Object (NDO) diagrams to ensure the reuse of data across business processes and promote consistent data handling across IT systems
Collaborate with the requirements management team to ensure traceability of business requirements and data models, aligning them with processes and business architecture frameworks
Create detailed Visio diagrams to model clinical and administrative processes, ensuring data object alignments with business needs and architectural frameworks
Support the development and integration of business information models into government's Business Architecture Repository (BAR) to ensure consistency across enterprise data and architecture reporting systems
Analyze business processes to document business information models
Normalize data objects and trace between process and business information models
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to align processes with enterprise architecture and IT systems
