Position Overview As a National Sales Executive, you will support the sales division and contribute to our profitable growth. Your main tasks will include prospecting, interviewing, and presenting to targeted accounts. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure our sales goals are met. The travel expectation for this role is up to 50% local travel and 10% requiring flight travel to further locations, to meet with prospects and current customers in the region. Key Responsibilities Sales:Identify and prioritize top prospective schools for sales calls, manage schedules and communication within territories, and coordinate with inside sales representatives. Schedule sales calls, enter daily notes into the CRM system (HubSpot), and work with Territory Managers on standard proposals and benchmarks. Collaborate on email marketing campaigns and prospect yearbook accounts for publishing representatives, while working with the VP of Sales and Marketing to establish specific goals and plans. Rebooking:Maintain customer relationships through school visits, aiding in resigning existing customers alongside Territory Managers, and ensuring continued satisfaction through follow‑ups with signed accounts. Business Acumen and Expense Management:Understand price book and product cost forecasting, estimate labor requirements, and have knowledge of delivery times, deadlines, and custom products for preparing profitable agreements. Communicate effectively with customers, sales management, and other departments. Customer Service:Solicit feedback from customers to ensure expectations are met, promptly address any service issues, and follow up with previous customers to identify concerns and offer solutions. What we’ll need from you Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (experience can substitute education). Two years of outside sales and management experience. Sales experience in the educational market is a plus. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
