Job Description:

- Provide occupational therapy services in a state-of-the-art inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital
- Deliver specialized treatment to individuals recovering from various injuries and illnesses
- Tailor rehabilitation programs to meet the unique needs of patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury
- Maximize the health, function, and quality of life of patients through comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs
- Manage a caseload of 4-5 patients per day with 6 hours of treatment time per patient
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated and effective patient care
- Adhere to all licensing and certification requirements as an Occupational Therapist in California
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients and colleagues
- Demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-focused care and achieving positive outcomes in rehabilitation therapy
