You will drive evidence generation for the Oncology portfolio, overseeing Clinical Research Collaborations (CRCs), Medical Affairs Sponsored Studies (MAST) and Investigator‑Sponsored Research Studies (ISRs). You will align internal strategies with external partners, manage the lifecycle of studies, and bridge gaps by engaging academic and professional networks. Key responsibilities Facilitate collaborative exchange between BMS and thought leaders in community practice and academia, representing BMS as a trusted industry collaborator. Own delivery of CRCs, ISRs, and MASTs from concept through governance approval and study lifecycle. Act as point of contact for CRCs, ISRs, and MASTs within Therapeutic and Disease area teams. Design and execute strategies to accelerate the development of BMS’s clinical pipeline using external research platforms, technologies, and insights. Advise senior leaders on new external opportunities that influence integrated evidence generation plans. Lead a limited number of high‑visibility projects leveraging disease subject matter expertise. Contribute to the evolution of MEG therapeutic area strategy and value proposition. Position based at Lawrenceville (PPK), Madison (GIR), New Jersey or Boudry (Switzerland). Expected travel: 30% globally. Qualifications & Experience Advanced scientific degree (MD, PhD, PharmD, or equivalent) with extensive relevant scientific and/or clinical experience. At least 7 years in pharmaceutical clinical development, Medical Affairs or relevant commercial experience; customer‑facing role experience desirable. Strategic data generation analysis and partnership development skills with minimal supervision. High‑performance relationship building with external thought leaders and internal stakeholders. Credibility with external investigators, business and scientific acumen, leadership behaviors, authenticity, agility, and enterprise mindset. Understanding of global health‑care systems and academic settings; ability to lead in ambiguous, changing environments. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills at all organizational levels. In‑depth knowledge of clinical trial planning and management. Proven ability to partner across functions and enterprise levels. Compensation Overview Madison – Giralda – NJ – US: $207,490 – $251,433 Princeton – NJ – US: $207,490 – $251,433 Compensation will include base salary, potential incentive cash and stock, and other benefits as detailed below.
