LPN: OBGYN – Crouse Medical Practice Reimbursed paycheck location: East Syracuse, NY. Part‑time – 36 hrs/week (days, 8:00–4:30). Salary range: $18.50–$30.00 DOE. Position Description The Licensed Practical Nurse provides nursing care under the direction of the RN and/or providers. The LPN contributes to the smooth operation of the practice by attending to clinical tasks and patient care, working collaboratively with all other staff to assist patients and facilitate a successful interaction within the practice team. This role reflects and carries forward the mission and goals of the practice both internally and throughout the community. Requirements Current licensure as a Practical Nurse in the State of New York. Current Basic Life Support certification. Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology and pathophysiology. Familiarity with health‑care systems, regulations, policies and functions. Understanding of documentation standards. Knowledge of equipment, supplies and materials needed for medical treatment. Strong teamwork and cooperation skills. Ability to read and follow written and oral medical orders. Ability to initiate appropriate emergency procedures.
