Lead a small team of Hematology Therapeutic Specialists, driving account strategy and education of stakeholders on the clinical profile of ZYNLONTA within major academic institutions and surrounding markets.ResponsibilitiesMeet or exceed business objectives within our compliance frameworkEstablish partnership with key stakeholders within accounts and serve as the single-point of contact within the account for ADC TherapeuticsFull people management responsibilities for their team of Hematology Therapeutic SpecialistsDevelop an understanding of accounts and perception/sentiment towards ZYNLONTADevelop robust account plans for each key account and collaborate across the organization to execute on plansServe as a player/coach for area business including performance of their own accounts as well as managing the performance of their Hematology Therapeutic SpecialistsBe an expert on the clinical profile of ZYNLONTA and clearly articulate the value proposition to key stakeholdersUtilize approved materials and resources to drive awareness and advocacy for ZYNLONTAUnderstand mapping of physicians and key stakeholders within each account to best drive advocacy for ZYNLONTAPartner with appropriate stakeholders within accounts to ensure a positive experience with ZYNLONTATriaging requests compliantly and participating in account reviews with the cross-functional teamQualificationsRequired: Bachelor‚Äôs degree from an accredited college or university5+ years in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Medical Device industry preferredOncology/Hematology experience preferredExperience with buy and bill products preferredAccount management experiencePeople management experience preferred ‚Äì but not requiredOutstanding communication, listening skills, collaboration, business acumen, follow-through, and ability to influenceAbility to be flexible and adapt to a changing and complex environmentProficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookValid driver‚Äôs license and acceptable driving recordAbility to comply with credentialingTravel: approximately 4 days/week in territory and travel as needed for conferences; weekend travel for congresses may be requiredSkillsAccount managementPeople leadershipStrategic planning and cross-functional collaborationStakeholder engagement and influenceClinical product articulation and value proposition communicationWorkflow and process adherence within compliance frameworkEducationBachelor‚Äôs degree requiredAdditional RequirementsTravel: 4 days per week in territory; ability to travel for conferences; weekend travel for congressesCredentialing compliance #J-18808-Ljbffr
