Accounting Clerk

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

Responsibilities:

  • There are 20-30 boxes of files in the Finance Department of documents dating back to 2014 that need to be scanned and organized into a One Drive document in SharePoint; once the hard copy document is scanned, then Accounting Clerk will shred the documents.
  • Accounting Clerk should note that nothing is electronic. All the documents are currently in a box.
  • Any documents that are less than 7 years old, Accounting Clerk may be asked to scan them and then send to Iron Mountain for storage
  • Accounting Clerk will complete ad hoc tasks and projects, as requested

Requirements:

  • Accounting Clerk should have some knowledge of accounting to understand what various accounting related documents look like
  • Accounting Clerk will be using SharePoint. Should have an understanding of how it works and how one can organize documents within it
  • Accounting Clerk should be comfortable using the copier to scan documents
