LPL Solar is a self-perform solar EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) company headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, managing long-standing relationships with some of the nation’s largest utilities and IPPs (Independent Power Producers) in the U.S. Our leadership team has over 70 GW of solar construction experience over 550+ projects in fourteen states and the Province of Ontario, Canada.Position: Senior Project ManagerIndustry: EPC Utility Scale SolarJob Description:Oversee and manage the entire lifecycle of utility scale solar projects, from conception to completion.Develop and execute project plans, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, engineers, and vendors, to ensure smooth project execution.Lead a team of project managers, project engineers, and civil superintendents, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.Conduct regular site visits to assess project status, resolve any on-site challenges, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.Collaborate with internal departments, such as procurement, finance, and legal, to ensure seamless project coordination.Prepare and present project updates, budgets, reports, and presentations to senior management and clients.Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, professional growth, and knowledge sharing.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.Proven experience in managing utility-scale solar projects, preferably within the EPC industry.Strong knowledge of solar energy systems, construction methodologies, and project management principles.Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.Proficient in project management software and tools, such as Procore, Microsoft Project, or Primavera.Familiarity with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations, including environmental and safety guidelines.Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.Willingness to travel to project sites as required.If you want to be part of a rapidly growing Solar EPC that is transforming the future of power generation through renewable energy, that is inspired by innovation and an entrepreneurial spirit, and is focused on providing employees career-advancing opportunities while building long-term client relationships, LPL Solar could be the place for you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
