Conflicts Intake Specialist Washington, DC Make an impact from day one. As a Conflicts Intake Specialist with Hogan Lovells, youll help drive the firms commitment to integrity and excellence while building a strong foundation for your career in the legal industry. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of ethics, risk management, and legal operations, supporting the onboarding of new attorneys and professionals across the firm. Youll play a vital role in helping protect the firms reputation, ensuring new hires and clients are integrated smoothly and efficiently. What Youll Do Be a Key Connector: Partner with recruiters, conflicts managers, and firm leaders to support the onboarding of new attorneys and business professionals. Review & Verify: Examine conflicts documentation for accuracy and follow up to ensure information is complete. Support Smooth Transitions: Help with client/matter setup and coordinate with Records to ensure new clients are onboarded seamlessly. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with colleagues in Conflicts Clearance, New Business Intake, and the General Counsels Office to resolve questions quickly and accurately. Learn and Grow: Gain valuable exposure to firm?wide ethics processes while developing your skills in analysis, communication, and problem?solving. Contribute to Something Bigger: Support the firms commitment to integrity, ethical business practices, and responsible growth. What Were Looking For Ideally 13 years of experience in a law firm, corporate, or administrative setting (conflicts or legal research experience a plus). Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Clear written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with Elite 3E Conflicts Database is a plus. Bachelors degree preferred but not required with equivalent experience. Schedule Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with flexibility for occasional additional hours. Why Join Us? The annualized salary range for this position is $74,000 to $86,000 depending on the candidates overall experience and other job?related factors permitted by law. Full?time employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus. In addition, full?time employees as well as some part?time employees will be eligible for the firms fringe benefits as they currently exist.
