Senior HR Business PartnerAs the Senior HR Business Partner you will participate in the strategic workforce planning process, identify needs for new recruitment campaigns, and act as liaison with referral sources. You will review HR Process Scorecard metrics and collaborate with the HR Director and management team on action plans to improve results. You will implement, monitor, and ensure departments are in compliance with established policies and procedures. You will respond in a timely fashion to escalated sensitive HR issues with experience and confidence. You will routinely solicit feedback on Human Resources services from the assigned organization’s management and continually seek to address issues and concerns. You will plan and advise management in carrying out performance management and employee development plans, and provide ongoing performance coaching and feedback to leaders regarding issues of managerial style, communications, and employee and peer interactions.We are looking for someone excited about working with people and has a positive attitude.
