**Position Summary:**

**Essential Functions:**

* Clean all restrooms, fill paper products

* Dry mop show room, Vacuum carpets and area rugs. Wet mop as needed

* Dry mop parts store, Vacuum area rugs

* Wet mop floors as needed

* Empty trash cans throughout dealership; includes several offices

* Monitor/remove trash at dealership campground, dump stations and surrounding building

* General housekeeping to include periodic cleaning of windows

* Maintain cleanliness of exterior of the building

* Ability to complete daily task in a timely fashion

* Other duties as assigned

**Education, Experience and Work Requirements:**

* High school diploma or GED preferred

* Ability to work independently

* Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:**

* Janitorial experience is a plus, but is not required

**Compensation**

Negotiable based on previous experience
