Maintenance Technician We are looking for experienced Maintenance Technicians to join our team at a manufacturing facility in Gordonsville, TN. This role involves performing mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on various industrial machinery. Responsibilities: Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on industrial machinery, including extrusion presses, hydraulics, gear boxes, bearings, furnaces, gas ovens, anodizing, painting, and press machines. Read and understand blueprints and schematics to effectively perform maintenance tasks. Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure machinery operates efficiently. Engage in PLC troubleshooting and electrical maintenance. Undertake welding and maintenance repair tasks as necessary. Handle motors and perform industrial maintenance as required. Essential Skills: Proficiency in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial machinery. Skills in preventive maintenance and electrical troubleshooting. Competency in welding and PLC troubleshooting. Additional Skills & Qualifications: Experience with 3-phase electrical systems. Familiarity with industrial maintenance practices. Work Environment: The position operates on a 3 on, 3 off schedule with 12-hour shifts. The facility is a heavy industrial environment, requiring adherence to safety protocols. Employees are provided with the necessary equipment to perform their duties effectively. Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carthage, TN. Pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
