Associate Attorney

We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Attorney specializing in Employment Law to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in representing plaintiffs in employment-related cases, particularly focusing on wage and hour issues. This role offers an opportunity to grow your practice while advocating for employees' rights.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in employment law cases, particularly those related to wage and hour disputes.
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, and briefs.
- Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, and trials as necessary.
- Advise clients on their rights and options regarding employment-related matters.
- Work collaboratively with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and client communications.
- Maintain accurate records and case files, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
- 2-4 years of experience in employment law, with a focus on plaintiff representation.
- Strong understanding of wage and hour laws and regulations.
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
