This role is central to our mission of embedding Agentic AI and advanced machine learning technologies into scalable, customer-centric software solutions that power our next-generation ULTRUS AI-enabled platform.As a strategic leader, you will guide the development of intelligent SaaS capabilities, infrastructure, and staff that will enhance user experience, automate workflows, and unlock new value from our data ecosystem. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, business, global technology, and sales teams to ensure AI initiatives are aligned with customer needs and deliver business outcomes.This role requires experience leading software engineering teams focused on AI/ML technologies, with deep understanding of AI systems design, model deployment, and platform scalability. As a player-coach, you will lead by example—guiding the team’s direction while actively contributing to the design, development, and deployment of AI models and systems.
