The Project Manager will lead by example, diving into multiple areas of the business to ensure that critical solar and PV system projects are completed timely. This role demands exceptional organizational and leadership skills to manage documents and processes. In addition, they will coordinate with various managerial functions, vendors, subcontractors, and customers. The Project Manager will interface with customers throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring all project documentation, including utility interconnection, permits, and quality assurance checklists, is prepared and submitted accurately. They will lead project management design meetings, oversee the installation crews, and manage invoicing and collections with the finance team. Additionally, they will assist the sales team in estimating and selling Solar PV systems with preliminary designs and ensure on-time delivery of all project-related documents.
Key Requirements:
High School Diploma or Higher Education; Bachelor's Degree preferred
2+ years of relevant experience in the solar and development industry
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and superior problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of residential and commercial solar PV systems
Salary Range: $90-$120k + Bonus
