This is a unique opportunity for a visionary physician leader to shape strategic direction, quality, and growth of pathology services across a diverse regional network. Position Overview Provide strategic leadership and direction for pathology and laboratory services across a multi‑hospital network. Oversee anatomic and clinical pathology operations, ensuring quality, safety and regulatory compliance. Champion innovation in diagnostics and workflow optimization. Mentor and support a team of pathologists, laboratory scientists, and staff. Collaborate closely with system clinical and administrative leadership on policy, planning and network‑wide initiatives. Support academic activities, including teaching medical students and residents; opportunities for research are available. Maintain a clinical practice in anatomic and clinical pathology. Job Requirements MD, DO or MBBS. Board‑Certified Anatomic and Clinical Pathology. NYS Licensure and NYS certificate of qualification (COQ). Demonstrated leadership experience, ideally within a multi‑site or academic medical system. Strong commitment to quality, team building and patient‑centered care.
