As a Medication Aide, you are the caring professional who ensures our residents get the medications they need while making their days brighter. Requirements

You will need a C.N.A. Certification and a Medication Aide as well as knowledge of safe medication administration techniques. In addition, we're looking for candidates who embody these essential compassionate qualities:

Empathy: The ability to put yourself in the residents' shoes and provide sensitive, supportive care.
Patience: Dealing with residents who may be confused or scared requires an abundance of understanding.
Attentiveness: Closely observing residents' needs and responding with care and kindness.
Communication: Listening actively and building trusting relationships with residents.
Dedication: A genuine passion for enhancing the lives of older adults.
