Job Details

Job responsibilities:
  • Process billing as related to work completed.
  • Verification of accuracy of invoices and/or other accounting documents and records.
  • Process credit memos, write-offs, billing adjustments, and charge offs.
  • Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
  • Review payment discrepancies and address issues.
  • Setup New Customers Accounts.
  • Maintains and updates customer files, including name or address changes.
  • Participate in monthly closing reconciliation.
  • Assist on special projects related to Accounts Receivable as assigned by management.

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated team player and strong desire for long term success.
  • Strong independent problem-solving skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with many competing
priorities.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
