Lead the integration of platform data into consolidated views and storylines; facilitate communication across the CSC.Deliver root cause analysis and investigate drivers of KPI performance.Champion and manage CSC reporting from operational/workforce management and performance perspectives. Provide insights and facilitate strategic discussions; regularly partner with the CSC finance business partner to provide recommendations.Prepare regular CSC reporting, dashboards, and insights.
