What You’ll Do Manage full-cycle recruiting for contract/project-based consultants, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding. Source and engage high-level consulting talent through proactive outreach and networking to meet project needs. Build and maintain network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management. Conduct in-depth interviews with potential candidates. Negotiate compensation packages aligned with market benchmarks and client budgets to secure top talent. Provide market insights on salary trends and talent availability to inform hiring decisions and strategies. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand project requirements and deliver tailored talent solutions that drive client success. What You’ll Bring 3–7 years of professional recruiting experience, preferably in consulting or staffing environments. Proven success recruiting contract/project-based consultants and engaging senior-level talent. Experience recruiting for a diverse range of business and technology roles, including Program, Product, and Project Managers, Analysts, Data specialists, and Engineers. Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of market salary benchmarks. Comfort navigating recruiting tools (e.g., ATS, Scheduling Platforms). Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to influence and build trust at all levels. High energy, positive attitude, and a driver to get things done – team player personality. Compensation And Benefits Slalom prides itself on helping team members thrive in their work and life. Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the targeted base salary range is $65,000 to $93,000 for Sr Analyst level and $73,000-$105,000 for the Lead. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
