We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic *Level II CNC Operator* to join our team and keep our production running smoothly.

*Position Summary:* As a *Level II CNC Operator*, you'll be the master of the Haas CNC machine, ensuring that every part is machined to perfection. You'll maintain quality and safety standards, keep meticulous records, and ensure our equipment and supplies are always in top shape. With at least 6 months of experience as a Level I CNC Operator at Ravin or equivalent experience at another manufacturing facility, you'll be ready to hit the ground running

*Your Mission:*
* *Load and Unload Parts:* Get those parts in and out of the machine like a pro
* *Select Programs:* Choose the right program for roughing and finishing parts.
* *Inspect Parts:* Ensure every part meets blueprint specifications.
* *Make Offsets:* Adjust tools and make necessary offsets with minimal supervision.
* *Change Tools & Set Up:* Change tools, set up/cut fixturing, and new jobs as needed.
* *Troubleshoot:* Solve tooling and machine issues with minimal supervision.
* *Assist Others:* Help your teammates with troubleshooting when needed.
* *Maintain Cleanliness:* Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
* *Preventive Maintenance:* Complete preventive maintenance requirements for the equipment.
* *Document Actions:* Keep daily CNC and quality logs up to date.
* *Limb Coating:* Be proficient in the limb coating area.
* *Positive Attitude:* Maintain a positive attitude and good work ethic for others to emulate.
* *Update Knowledge:* Participate in educational opportunities and read technical publications to stay sharp.
* *Other Duties:* Perform other duties as assigned.

*Essential Duties and Responsibilities:*
* *Follow Instructions:* Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures.
* *Compliance:* Comply with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
* *Report Issues:* Report problems with quality, processes, equipment, and materials to the Engineering Technologist & Programmer.
* *Train Coworkers:* Provide hands-on job function training to coworkers as needed.
* *Maintain Cleanliness:* Keep your work area clean and organized to facilitate manufacturing functions.

*What We're Looking For:*
* *Experience:* Minimum of 6 months experience as a Level I CNC Operator at Ravin or equivalent experience at another manufacturing facility.
* *Skills:* Proficiency in operating a Haas CNC machine and ability to read and interpret blueprints.
* *Troubleshooting:* Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to make machine adjustments with minimal supervision.
* *Communication:* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* *Team Player:* A positive attitude and the ability to work well with others.

*Work schedule for this position: Monday - Thursday from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM.*
