About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and dedicated Nurse to join our Surgical Unit. As a Nurse at Norman Regional, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver safe and effective care to our patients.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to assess, analyze, and plan patient care.
- Establish goals, prioritize care, and implement care strategies to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Delegate tasks safely, provide direct and indirect nursing care, and evaluate responses to interventions.
- Perform additional nursing functions in accordance with your knowledge and skills acquired beyond basic nursing preparation.
- Diploma or Associate's degree (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master's of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
- Previous experience in the healthcare field is preferred.
- Current Oklahoma Registered Nurse license or active Multistate RN license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) training or retraining is required during orientation prior to providing patient care.
- $27.74 - $45.46 per hour, depending on previous work experience.
