Our client is an established and respected international supplier of ingredients and specialty chemicals sold to manufacturers of food, beverage, nutraceutical, and pharmaceutical products. We are looking to hire a Human Resources Manager to manage all the hiring, training, and departmental tasks for the company in the USA.QualificationsBachelor's degree required5 years minimum experience in a Human Resources Manager role with specific experience in the following areas: Talent Acquisition & Recruitment, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Compliance3 years minimum experience managing other people and subordinatesPrior experience working for a manufacturer or distributor of food and beverage products, nutraceuticals, vitamins, supplements, pharmaceutical products, or chemicals is desiredStrong knowledge of US labor laws and HR bestExcellent communication and presentation skillsExcellent time management and prioritization skillsExcellent negotiation skillsA confident and hard-working attitudePositive, upbeat, and enthusiastic personalityBenefitsWe have excellent benefits and career advancement opportunities for the right person.Role specificsLocal candidates only please.
