We’re Hiring: Director / Managing Director – Capital Markets (2 Roles) Location: Flexible (U.S.) Compensation: High-Upward, Performance-Based (Uncapped) Tikova is a diversified real estate investment and operating platform investing, developing, and operating across three growing verticals: Tikova U.S. CRE Debt Fund – Lending primarily to single-tenant NNN developers nationwide with institutional underwriting and strong downside protection. New Arrival – Our gas station & convenience store platform focused on acquisitions, redevelopment, and operations in partnership with leading brands. Star of the Sky – Tikova’s immersive entertainment and experiential development platform creating next-generation destination environments in the U.S. We are scaling rapidly and seeking two senior Capital Markets professionals to raise: Equity for our CRE Debt Fund Debt and equity for New Arrival Debt and equity for Star of the Sky And originate direct lending relationships for asset-level deals These roles are ideal for highly connected, entrepreneurial capital raisers ready to step into a platform with significant growth ahead. What You’ll Do Raise equity for the Tikova CRE Debt Fund (institutional, family offices, RIAs, private wealth). Raise both debt and equity for New Arrival & Star of the Sky. Originate direct lending relationships for project-level financing. Build and expand relationships with allocators, private credit funds, banks, family offices, and HNW channels. Drive the full capital raising process— from strategy through close. Work directly with Tikova’s founder and leadership team. What We’re Looking For Proven experience raising capital in real estate, private credit, or alternative investments. A strong existing network of investors and lending relationships for direct deals. Ability to communicate clearly, credibly, and confidently with sophisticated allocators. A self-starter who thrives in entrepreneurial environments. High integrity and excellent relationship management skills. Compensation This is a performance-based role with uncapped upside tied directly to capital raised.
