Relocation assistance is available. This role requires a strong background in government contract implementation, go‑live and post‑go‑live support, and large systems integration experience—including IVR, CRM, and financial systems between vendor and client. Leadership of contact center and back office support is required. Prior experience within the BPO and/or state/federal government contracts is required, and previous experience in a Medicaid Eligibility or Medicaid‑related government project is highly desired. This position is contingent upon contract award. Ensure program operations comply with all applicable contract requirements, as well as state and federal regulations. Ensure established goals and objectives support the overall project strategies. Oversee all project administrative operations including budget, financial controls, and human resources. Plan, develop, and schedule priorities for achieving operational and performance goals. Review management, productivity, and financial reports and studies to ensure program objectives are met. Participate in internal audits, research studies, forecasts, and modeling exercises to support project direction and guidance. Manage operational managers, monitoring performance, providing mentoring, and professional development guidance. Capture and maintain resource assignments and utilization across the enterprise to proactively assess and align staffing levels. Work with internal leadership to facilitate and define priorities, including establishing milestones, realistic schedules, and securing resources across strategic initiatives. Ensure comprehensive management of defined initiatives, monitoring budget, schedule, resource availability, and organizational alignment. Guide and support RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs, including response development, writing to management approaches, whitepapers, and concept development. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a related field required. 12–15 years of professional experience in a related field required. Minimum of 12 years leading multiyear BPO or government contracts is required. Contact/Call Center and Back Office leadership experience (at least 200 CSRs and back office employees) required. Experience leading project implementations from contract signing to go‑live and post‑go‑live support required. Leading complex systems integration required. Workload tracking, process improvement, business process reengineering, and contract compliance required. Experience managing client relations required. Previous experience leading Medicaid government contracts is helpful; direct experience leading Medicaid Eligibility contracts highly preferred. Pay Transparency Maximus compensation is based on various factors, including but not limited to job location, a candidate’s education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis, seniority, and merit systems. The annual salary is just one component of Maximus’s total compensation package; other rewards may include short‑ and long‑term incentives, program‑specific awards, and a comprehensive benefits package. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant experience. An applicant’s salary history will not be used in determining compensation.
