LAWRENCE REGION: CANTON-POTSDAM HOSPITAL, GOUVERNEUR HOSPITAL, MASSENA HOSPITALDEPARTMENT: ANESTHESIATHE POSITIONSt. Lawrence Health is looking for full-time Anesthesiologists to join our team of dedicated providersThe ideal candidate will be BE within 5 years of completing residency or BC in Anesthesiology.Will perform anesthesia on all ages.The ideal candidate will have the following skills:Comfortable with obstetric anesthesiaComfortable placing central lines - particularly for use in the ICUWill occasionally be called to assist with airway management in the ED and ICUStandard OR procedures to include thoracic anesthesia (no hearts, vascular, heads, spines, sick kids)Comfortable with basic regional proceduresRegular OR hours are 7:30am - 3:30pm.Main site runs 7 rooms per day: 4 in the main OR and 3 in the Leroy Outpatient Center.Occasional requirement to provide services at two additional locations.Possibility of medical directorship at one of the additional locations.1:5 call. SU-FR CRNA takes primary call and Anesthesiologist is back-up. Saturday Anesthesiologist is on primary call and CRNA is back-up.OFFERINGSFull-Time Base Pay Range: $550,000-$600,000*Sign on bonusRelocation servicesAllowance for CME, Licensing, and DuesComprehensive benefits package, including 403(b) and 457(b)Paid malpractice insurance with full coverage* Pay Summary: The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full-time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.In addition to the base pay range, certain provider positions may be eligible for variable compensation in accordance with health system pay practices. This may include: productivity and/or value-based clinical incentives, bonus compensation, or other forms of variable pay.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: L - Light Work - Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly; requires occasional walking, standing or squatting.PAY RANGE: $550,000.00 - $600,000.00The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future.
