Restaurant Kitchen Team Member (Full-Time or Part-Time)

Here at Chick-fil-A Seaboard Commons we're looking to bring on to our kitchen staff a dedicated, friendly, fun-loving, and responsible person to help take our restaurant to the next level. Our kitchen is the backbone of our business and our team of approximately 12-15 kitchen staff members work to make fresh, delicious food for our passionate and loyal customers. Here at Chick-fil-A we are stewards of excellence.

- Become proficient in the area of work (Front of House or Back of House)
- Seek to surpass customer expectations, specifically in politeness and attentiveness
- Deliver portions that are correct and meet all weight and presentation expectations
- Protect the customer experience by ensuring packaging, food presentation and quality is top level
- Show up on time, have a great attitude and work hard for your entire shift
- Constantly improve yourself by finding ways to do your work better and faster
- Display good stewardship and a sense of ownership for the business
- Must read, understand and comply with all parts of the Team Member Handbook
- Must be at least 16 years of age upon hire date
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must have a source of reliable transportation
- Ability to handle all equipment, pans, pots, navigating shelving both high and low
- Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required
- Works in hot, noisy and fast paced environment
- Mobility required during shifts
- Must work well under pressure
- Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently
- Must be able to work on Friday and Saturdays
- Must be prompt to scheduled work shifts
- Understand the expectation of Chick-fil-A customer service standards and operational excellence
