About You We strongly believe that veterinary medicine is a team sport. Communication is key in a clinical setting; we are looking for multitaskers able to manage care for high‑volume emergency patients and maintain a high standard of care. We are seeking an experienced Veterinary Technician who enjoys triage and the variety emergency medicine brings. The ideal candidate is comfortable with restraint, venipuncture, IV catheter placement, basic medical math, anesthesia induction and recovery. Experience with CPR is a plus but not required. Anticipated Schedule This is a full‑time position: 3 days a week – 12‑hour shifts or 4 days a week – 10‑hour shifts. Weekend and holidays are required. Compensation Starting at $21.50–$30.00/hour dependent upon experience and education. Requirements Associate in Veterinary Technology is a plus. CVT license is a plus. Knowledge of anesthesia and monitoring. Phlebotomy. Familiarity with scheduling procedures, receiving, treating, ordering supplies, and lab tests. Knowledge of veterinary instrument use, care, and storage. Knowledge of sterilization techniques. Knowledge of instruments, materials, and procedures for tableside assistance. Client service skills, including assessment, quality standards, and satisfaction evaluation. Knowledge of English language structure and grammar. Ability to work independently and follow directions. Must be 18 years or older. #J-18808-Ljbffr
