Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate Family Medicine

Join Sky Lakes Medical Center as a full-time nurse practitioner or physician associate and be part of a strong team of Family Medicine providers in Klamath Falls, Oregon. This is a highly flexible position where you will have autonomy while working in a primary care outpatient setting. There are no required procedures, but being comfortable with basics such as suturing, casting, splinting, and toenail removal is ideal. Position Details Full-time outpatient-only position Monday to Friday schedule with 1 day of administrative work Flexible schedule with a large amount of autonomy Low call volume with rotating call across entire team Call is only 1-week 2 times per year from 5 p.m. to 8 a.m. Typically work with 16 to 18 patients per day Compensation & Benefits Compensation is between $135,000 and $140,000 per year $30,000 sign‑on bonus Relocation assistance is available CME allowance available SLRP loan repayment options Qualifications & Requirements Must be a board‑certified/board‑eligible NP/PA 1 to 2 years of experience is preferred New graduates with familiarity with Family Medicine are welcome to apply Where You'll Work Sky Lakes Medical Center is an accredited, 176‑bed medical facility providing care for patients across a 10,000‑square‑mile area in south‑central Oregon.
