The Registered Nurse Specialist is responsible for managing patient populations with chronic illness and/or multiple co-morbidities. This position works in coordination with multiple PCPs and serves as the central link to an identified population of patients.

Required Qualifications:
- Graduation from an approved, accredited school of Nursing
- Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
- 2 years Work experience in an RN role
- Work experience revolving around medications and IV solutions in terms of purpose, administration, side effects and contraindications and administers according to established standards and provider orders
- Experience managing complex patients in an ambulatory setting
Preferred Qualifications:
- Data analytics and previous cardiology experience preferred
- Two years of experience a combination of hospital & ambulatory services preferred

Providence Clinical Network (PCN) is a service line within Providence serving patients across seven states with quality, compassionate, coordinated care. Collectively, our medical groups and affiliate practices are the third largest group in the country with over 11,000 providers, 900 clinics and 30,000 caregivers.
