As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will be stationed at a premier retail location, welcoming visitors, checking credentials, and assisting with access control to help create a secure and welcoming environment. Your presence at the front desk will help to deter security‑related incidents while delivering outstanding customer service and communication. Carry out security‑related procedures and site‑specific policies as directed by Allied Universal leadership. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem‑solving manner, following established protocols. Assist with emergency response activities when appropriate, providing information and support to relevant personnel. Maintain a visible presence at the front desk to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious activity. Communicate clearly with visitors, clients, and team members to support a welcoming and secure environment at the location. Minimum Requirements: Access control or badge experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
