Essential Job Summary:: The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for leading, coaching, and developing the Inside Sales team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets. This position oversees day-to-day call center operations, ensures quality customer interactions, and drives customer acquisition and retention through data-driven strategies and a customer-first approach. Implement initiatives to drive customer retention, upselling, and cross-selling. Monitor key KPIs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Foster a high-performance culture through coaching, recognition, and accountability. Requirements and Qualifications:: Bachelors degree in business, Sales, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of experience in Inside Sales management with proven quota-carrying success. 3+ years of call center management experience, ideally within waste or environmental services. Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and customer retention. Strong analytical skills with ability to act on performance metrics. Ability to manage multiple priorities with exceptional attention to detail. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
