WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Assist in the preparation and timely delivery of customer invoices.
- Investigate and resolve systems issues impacting the delivery of accurate invoices to customers.
- Conduct financial analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Contribute to the development of strategic recommendations based on financial data.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of financial policies and procedures.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance financial operations.
- Assist in maintaining strong internal controls and support audit activities.
- Help identify and mitigate financial risks through effective control measures.
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in finance operations or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems, ideally, NetSuite ERP.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
