Key activities include selling, managing sales and administrative staff, overseeing office sales activities and strategic planning.ResponsibilitiesOversee the sales and service operation of a branch office to meet sales and profit goals.Sell and manage sales and administrative staff; oversee office sales activities and strategic planning.Participate in or lead divisions as applicable: Search Division: Sales environment comprised of Recruiters who specialize in contingency search/retained placements in a local, regional or national market.Local Staffing Temporary Division: Sales environment comprised of Account Executives and Recruiters who specialize in temporary and temp-to-hire placements in a local market.Local Staffing Full Service Division: Sales environment comprised of Account Executives and Recruiters who specialize in temporary, temp-to-hire and contingency fee career placements in a local market.QualificationsMinimum of two years staffing industry experience managing a profitable environment preferred.Professional appearance and demeanor.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Willingness to travel when necessary to attend sales meetings and training classes.Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.Education or work experience in the area of management.Industry certified or equivalent work experience.BenefitsWe offer a competitive base plus commission as well as benefits and a 401K.For additional information, please visit http://www.advantageresourcing.com/ OR contact Marty McCormick at 770-331-3134 for additional details. #J-18808-Ljbffr
