Winder Trainee

**Job Title: Winder Trainee****Job Description**We are seeking a dedicated Winder Trainee for a day shift position. You will work in production while being trained to operate a fiberglass winding machine. The role involves wrapping fiberglass threads around a steel mandrel to create solid fiberglass pipes. You will ensure that the threads are laid smoothly on the mandrel as it moves up and down, adding layer by layer until the desired thickness is achieved. The day shift hours are from 6:30 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with overtime and weekend work as needed.**Hard Skills**+ Fiberglass thread winding+ Experience with Fiberglass+ Machine operating experience+ Manufacturing experience**Job Type**This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 5 Month(s).**Work Site**This is a fully on-site position in Houston, Texas.**Work Environment**Manufacturing facility, non-climate controlled, but equipped with fans.
