General Manager – Plumbing Division We are a growing MEP Company looking to bring on a General Manager for our Plumbing Division. We seek someone with 10+ years of experience within the plumbing space and 5+ years of leadership experience. Base pay range $225,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Ascendion. Responsibilities Lead, train, and supervise plumbing technicians and other staff; foster a positive and productive work environment; and develop and implement company policies. Oversee daily operations for both service and construction plumbing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. This includes scheduling, dispatching, and coordinating resources. Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports; monitor key financial metrics like revenue and job costing; and control costs to improve profitability. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors; support sales and bidding efforts; and identify new market opportunities. Requirements Extensive experience in the plumbing industry, often with a background as a licensed journeyman or master plumber. Proven leadership and team‑building skills. Expert knowledge of plumbing systems and techniques. Strong business acumen, including financial management and P&L responsibility. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client‑facing skills. The annual salary for this position is between $225,000 and $250,000. Factors that may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
