Assistant Store Manager – Spencer's Hourly rate $17.75 - $18.00 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience. Support the store manager with overall store operations. Drive maximum sales and profitability by developing staff. Control expenses and shrinkage. Handle merchandising and inventory control in adherence with company policies. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures. Qualifications Minimum age 18. Prior retail and/or management experience required. Physical ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds for more than 8 hours per shift.
