Your Role As a Legal Counsel, you will work closely with our legal team and support various legal functions within the organization. Your Responsibilities Assisting in legal research, contract review, and analysis of regulatory requirements. Drafting and reviewing legal documents and agreements. Collaborating with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies. Keeping abreast of legal developments in the blockchain and crypto space. Providing legal guidance to internal stakeholders. Requirements A minimum of 3 years of in‑house counsel or law firm experience. A law degree and a strong academic record. Qualified legal experience practising law. Strong legal research and writing skills. Knowledge or a strong interest in blockchain technology and the crypto industry. The ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
