Assistant Center Manager – Physical Therapist – $20,000 Sign‑On Bonus Salary Range: $95,000 up to $115,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Select Physical Therapy in Santa Monica, CA is looking for a compassionate and driven therapist to lead and provide exceptional patient care experiences as an Assistant Center Manager. The clinic hosts 2 licensed PTs and 1 PTA in a specialty clinic focused on orthopedics and sports medicine. This unique opportunity joins an established clinic as part of a joint venture partnership with Cedars‑Sinai. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working collaboratively with other Select PT leaders, be excited about building meaningful relationships within the community, and be ready to oversee day‑to‑day operations while delivering preventative and rehabilitative services that maximize functionality and promote patient well‑being. Responsibilities Offer coaching, guidance, support, and training for staff development and growth. Assist leadership in growing both the center and market through program and business development. Support employee engagement and retention efforts. Assist with the management and resolution of employee relations issues. Help develop strategies to increase profitability. Provide an exceptional patient care experience. Qualifications Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy. Valid State Physical Therapy License.
