Roles and Responsibilities:
-Perform soldering of PCB boards using active IPC Certification Ensure that all soldering processes are completed in accordance with the safety standards.
-Inspect and test all soldered components to ensure quality and accuracy
-Troubleshoot and repair any defective components Maintain accurate records of all soldering activities Assist in the training and development of new technicians.
Qualifications Skills:
-Active IPC Certification Proven experience soldering PCB boards Knowledge of safety standards and best practices
-Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
-Ability to work independently and in a team environment
-Excellent attention to detail Strong organizational and time management skills
