They help to drive strategy for the categories they are managing.Build an on-trend Omni assortment with channel-specific strategies in mindInitiate market/competitor analysis and always be on top of industry trendsCommunicate changes to all cross-functional partners - planning, production, design and wholesaleParticipate in store visitsPrepare and analyze Omni selling recaps to drive your business. Make recommendations on how to optimize current sales and affect future plansPartner with planning in pre-season to plan and buy your department based on comprehensive analysis of the business – last year results, current business, etcParticipate in inventory management and control with planning and distribution teamsParticipate with pricing and profit strategies – make promotional and markdown suggestions to drive profitable gross margin resultsReview new receipts against business trend to maximize sales and stockQualifications3+ years’ Merchandising experienceProficient in ExcelDemonstrated analytical and business skillsStrong presentation skillsWe welcome you to apply, even if you don't check all the boxes. The base salary offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region of work premises, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
