Description

  • Oversee day-to-day on-site construction activities for K-12 projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to keep the project on track.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations on the job site.
  • Conduct quality control inspections and ensure all work meets the project's specifications and standards.
  • Manage workforce productivity, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Maintain clear communication with school officials, architects, and engineers throughout the project's lifecycle.

Profile

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry, preferably with K-12 or educational projects.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively on large-scale construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Florida building codes, safety regulations, and K-12 facility requirements.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency with construction management software and tools.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and tight deadlines while maintaining quality and safety.
