Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

Qualifications:

Degree in Business Management or other related discipline
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certifications
Proven working experience in project management
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills


As Marketing Operations - Project Leader, you will play a critical role facilitating the successful planning and execution of key initiatives that support a variety of marketing objectives. Projects may include audience definition, programmatic media, channel management (i.e., website, email) and marketing analytics. Key to success is establishing strong, trusting partnerships with teams as well as internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of divisional priorities. You will be expected to bring strong analytical, planning and executional abilities in your contributions.

Requirements:

Experience with project and/or functional leadership preferably in financial services, in increasingly responsible positions, including 5+ years of experience leading projects. Can include both formal and informal leadership roles.
Bachelor's degree is required or equivalent experience. MBA or graduate degree preferred.
Prior experience managing multi-channel planning efforts that include paid media, social media, and email.
Ability to independently identify, prioritize, monitor, communicate and/or resolve elements that can impact a project.
Ability to build project plans, assign tasks and hold team members accountable to delivering on time.
Lead multiple projects simultaneously, with a high degree of risk, visibility and urgency within a functional area or at times spanning multiple areas or divisions.
Understanding of Agile and product management principles and how those can be applied to address understanding of the work and prioritization.
Demonstrated presentation, interpersonal and communication skills; effectively communicates with project team, other project leaders, multiple areas and outside vendors. Incorporates effective listening and collaboration skills.
Ability to take a consultative approach, building relationships and asking questions to identify core needs that inform recommendations.
Superior organization and coordination skills.
Must be be able to support Hybrid schedule- 3 days a week.


Preferred

Prior knowledge/experience working in highly regulated industries such as financial services.
Superior presentation skills preferred.
Project management certification.


Education:
Bachelor's degree is required or equivalent experience. MBA or graduate degree preferred.
