Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in high-end residential properties.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues, ensuring compliance with local and national electrical codes.
  • Perform wiring, panel upgrades, lighting installations, and smart home integrations.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
  • Adhere to strict safety standards, using provided safety equipment (helmets, gloves, etc.).
  • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in good working condition.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 4 years of electrical experience in residential projects.
  • Active Journeyman Electrician License (current and valid).
  • Strong understanding of electrical codes, wiring, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
