An ideal candidate has experience with practicing independently and with nasal intubations, however, we are willing to train the right candidate. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to work autonomously in partnership with the Oral Surgeon.This position is PRNReport at 6:30 - First surgery starting at 7am1099- contractorDetailsGreat work life balancePRN to cover vacation weeksPredictable Mon-Thursday scheduleNo Nights/Weekends/Call/HolidaysAll CRNA PracticeIndependent practice, 1099100% autonomyDaily guarantee (whether you work or not)Hourly rate: starts at $240 per hr (we are nationwide, the rates are negotiated based on location, market, etc.)Most importantly, you get to be a part of delivering final-caliber implants, next-day (NO TEMPS)Education/Experience/LicensureGraduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia programValid certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)Current ACLS and BLS from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.Ability to obtain and maintain Professional malpractice insurance.Experience with dental anesthesia is helpfulDutiesAdminister anesthesia with nasal intubation for full mouth dental implants in an office based settingCollaborate with surgeons and dentists to optimize, develop and implement anesthesia plansEnsure safe and effective delivery of anesthesia by following established protocols and guidelinesPerform pre-operative assessments and provide education to patients regarding options and potential risksMaintain accurate documentation of anesthesia administration, patient responses and any adverse eventsStay up to date with evident based research in anesthesia techniques, medications and equipmentSuccess in this position is defined by delivering safe, consistent anesthesia to every single patient.
