Job Summary

The Manufacturing Manager will oversee the production process within a manufacturing plant, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. They will be responsible for managing staff, optimizing production procedures, and implementing strategies to enhance productivity.

Duties

- Develop and implement manufacturing processes in line with company objectives

- Supervise and lead a team of production workers

- Monitor production output to meet quality and quantity targets

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

- Manage inventory levels to support production needs

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Management, or related field

- Proven experience in a manufacturing leadership role

- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and techniques

- Excellent organizational and leadership skills

- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions

- Familiarity with quality control principles

- Effective communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders

  • English/Spanish (Bilingual)

Schedule:

  • : Monday Thru Friday

Compensation:

  • Subject to applicable withholding taxes and deductions and shall be.
  • Payable in semi-monthly installments in accordance with the Company's customary payroll practices.
  • After your first 90 days, you will be eligible to enroll in the health insurance and benefits packages available at said time in accordance with the Company's plans policies.
  • Additionally, you will be entitled to seven paid holidays and 10 days' vacation time plus 5 sick/personal days a year.
